We passionately believe that the old saying – everyone has a book inside them – is tru...

Shiner By Daniel Stigant They Had the house, the kids, the picture-prefect life. But one bruise change everything. Joanne thought she and Jack were building something real-careers, children, and a future full of promise. But as her success grows, Jack’s admiration curdles into resentment. The compliments fade, replaced by sharp comments and quiet digs. He wants her to shrink, to stay home, to need him more than she needs herself. And when he lashes out, he’s quick to blame her. She was too ambitious. Too much. With two young children and a smile she wears for the world, Joanne begins to question everything-including whether she’s to blame. But deep down, a voice is growing louder: love doesn’t look like this. Told with warmth, honesty and quiet strength, Shiner is a story of control, gaslighting and a woman finding the courage to reclaim her light.

Couldn't put it down. I read his first book and loved it! This one is totally different but has a similar theme. Read it in a day and a half.
