Examining contemporary governance as per the Constitution and how it relates to traditional governance within South Africa. How do the communities feel about government, elected councillors and service delivery, with discrepancies still existing between them and urban areas, despite the value of equality being one of the values of the Constitution? It is based on data that was collected from various Zulu communities.
