The story follows Jess, a young and naïve teddy bear who is searching and trying to understand her place in the world around her. Jess is very excited when she and her family move from the big city to a beautiful, enchanted forest. It is here, (with the help of her new friends) that Jess begins to discover the importance of being different and unique, as well as the importance of friendship and teamwork.

Such a well written and brightly illustrated picture book. My kids loved the activities pages at the back.

My 2nd graders absolutely loved the story and were so engaged in the comprehension questions. The activities pages were such a bonus discovery!
