Jean takes us through her own unique voice through a life that has seen many changes. Throughout, Jean’s career as a nurse, from Apartheid-era South Africa through to the present day she has learnt much and now passes these life lessons on in this book.

I loved this book! It was nostalgic and with lots of humour, and it made me cry and laugh at the same time. It is very heartfelt with great advice. One of my favourite reads!
