Advantages
With less filling you get yourself the perfect calzone/ Pie
Disadvantages
sometimes the dough sticks to the press, messing up the whole calzone/ pie.
Comment
It works fine, I guess it's a matter of learning it. Perhaps my dough is just a bit sticky, but It is in my opinion quite small. The largest one is good for a nice snack, and not the true size calzones you get in restaurants. If you limit your filling, it probably works best with puff pastry, but then don't press too hard, and spray it with spray and cook before you use it.
