K.C. Karah
K.C. Karah, an avid reader since a child, has self-published “A Rising Star”, aimed at the Young Adult audience that loves dystopian/speculative science fiction genres. This is her debut novel and is the first book of The Burning Earth Series. She lives in the Western Cape in South Africa with her husband and dogs, and has two grown daughters. Isaac Sithole
Isaac Sithole was born and raised in the small village of Tsianda, Venda, in Limpopo, South Africa, the fourth child of seven. Life in the village was challenging, with limited resources and few opportunities for success. Despite the hardship, Isaac’s family was strong, and they instilled in him a deep sense of faith, hope, and determination. Growing up, Isaac faced many obstacles, including poverty, tribal and racial discrimination, and a lack of access to quality elementary education. Despite these challenges, he was determined to make a better life for himself and his family. With God’s help, he persevered and was able to overcome the odds.

Hamilton Wende
I was born in the States but have spent most of my life in South Africa, with some side trips to live in Japan, Paris, and lots of time in London. I have also travelled extensively in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. This sense of being on the move through our world and a career working as a foreign correspondent for many of the big networks such as CNN and BBC means that I am fascinated by boundaries and identities and how we never have a fixed 'being', but one that changes constantly as we grow and travel and learn. In my writing — both fiction and non-fiction — I like to explore the paradox between where we find ourselves and where we want to be. I am fascinated by characters who have parallel lives and a sense of adventure about living those lives.
